Reiki 1

A one day course

  • You will learn healing procedures and how to perform a Reiki treatment
  • You will undergo supervised healing, instructions in healing processes, how to sense healing energies and learn how to direct them during healing
  • You will practise inspiring creative visualisation techniques
  • You will learn about the body’s energy centres and where they are located
  • You will receive the Reiki 1 Attunement, where you are connected to Reiki energy
  • You will practise and receive healing
  • Discussion and reflection on your Reiki experiences

Reiki 2

A one-day course

Following on from Reiki 1

  • You will give and receive healing
  • You will learn how the energy centres of the body link mentally & physically to health and well being
  • You will practise creative visualisation techniques
  • You will Receive the Reiki 2 Attunement to enhance the connection in Reiki 1
  • You will be shown & practise how to use 3 Reiki symbols which unlock different levels of energy
  • Time for discussion and shared experiences

Reiki Advanced/Master/Teacher Level

A one-day course

This course combines both the Advanced Reiki and Reiki Master Attunements, and the skills to teach Reiki.

You will have taken Reiki levels 1 & 2 and been practicing for some time.

  • You will receive the Advanced and Master Level Attunements
  • You will be shown and learn how to conduct Reiki Attunements.
  • You will be taught the ethics and code of conduct for a Reiki practitioner
  • There will be time for practise, guided visualisations and discussions of healing and Reiki related issues.
